The biggest disappointment may perhaps be the fact that the OS looks pretty much the same now as it did on my Palm IIIx in 1999. I hope the new one is as innovative now as the original was back then. But after the unspeakable frustrations of using that "thing"--which had the worst software I've ever encountered--I delightedly dumped it into the recycling bin and switched to another company's product.
