Well, it will be good if Google itself provide toolbar for Cvhrome,
As so many people are using it and need to know PR, direct access to gmail, news etc.

I too was searching for the much desired google toolbar that I used to love, but it’s unattainable for a reason.

The Google search engine is INCLUDED within Google Chrome…

If read the manual to Chrome, you find that the address bar, which seems worthless, is not only a search engine, but a SMART search engine, better than the original, and better than any other.

Simply type what you are searching into the address bar, and you get options without searching, which means, click on the link you were aiming for, without navigating to another site first. FYIf, and I’m going to cap this to keep short readers attention…

IT WILL SAVE YOUR TIME ! And no, I don’t work for Google, but enjoy their advances, and this is decent.

Its going to be interesting to see how the new Google Chrome operating system works, and if you'll be able to install additional browsers onto it, or if your able to install any software at all.? I can see it ridding Linux out of the marketplace eventually!

After using Chrome since it launched, I can honestly say I no longer need Google Toolbar. It took me a while to figure it out, but all of the features in Google Toolbar are not only Chrome already, but can be readily customized. One caveat - you must use iGoogle to get the most out of Chrome and eliminate the need for Google Bar.

The point - Google bar was to give IE and Firefox the functionality of Google Chrome, before Chrome was created. I'm sure Google may cave in to pressure, but I'm convinced a Google Toolbar isn't needed on Chrome.

With all that said, one issue that needs to be addressed in Chrome is the ability to click an email link and pull up Gmail, not Outlook. there are some "fixes" out there, but they don't really work unless I open the "fix" every single day. That's annoying.
