Yes, someone eventually wins and may save money on an item but at the expense to all the other “bidders” and at great profit to Swoopo. I agree it is more like a raffle than an auction. I am truly embarrassed that I wasted money on this site by being so gullible, but it doesn’t take long to see that there is absolutely no “fairness” in this bidding process. Total scam.
