We were talking on the telephone as he was in Philadelphia and I was near Detroit. He wanted to use a spreadsheet but didn’t know about Excel. It wasn’t where I thought it would be so I thought we could use Google Documents, but he had a hard time following my directions to set up a Google account. Finally, I got him to set up a Zoho account and use Zoho sheet. Here’s an gentleman, who is actually still working as a professor and eager to learn, who skipped over the local application and went straight to the cloud. I thought it was pretty interesting.
