BlackBerry voice plan + data plan:
Old rate = $19.99
New rate = $24.99

BlackBerry data plan only (no voice):
Old rate = $29.99
New rate = $39.99

I don&#039;t see how you can say the old $19.99 plan jumped to $39.99.  :?</description>
