RSS feeds in the browser keeps things wonderfully simple and streamlined, and is one of the reasons I have kept with Opera instead of switching to other browsers as I believe it does it right (and also, re-signing up all my feeds elsewhere would be a hassle.)

It's neat because you have a nice Feeds menu (next to File, Edit, View, etc.), that displays all your feeds in a neat alphabetical list, with feeds that have new updates bolded with the amount of updates. Every time a new update is detected, a small notification pops up at the bottom right of the screen, and clicking on it will take you to that update in Opera. It's all very simple and I appreciate the notifications immensely.

Chrome's speed and user interface won me over when it came out.

The missing extensions -especially adblock- is an irritation. I never knew there were so many young & eager women in my area looking for /me/ !! ;-)

I'm eager for a Linux version. It's probably a long way (3-9 mo?) to go: http://benjamin-meyer.blogspot.com/2008/11/status-of-chromium-on-linux.html

"I use OS X more than Windows these days, and I like browsers I can use on both operating systems. Which, come to think of it, is all the major ones except Chrome."

You can run current versions of Internet Explorer on OS X? Natively.

Chrome is amazingly fast. I love it. Extensions would be nice, and more platforms is a must. I agree with DTNick about browser RSS feeds. I use Google Reader exclusively.

I have to say, I like Chrome a lot. It may be the only browser to pry me away from Safari (yup, I am one of the few to use Safari on Windows, mainly because I use it on my Mac as well). Aside from a mac version the only feature you mention that I want is form autofill.

And I still don't see the usefulness of rss feeds in browsers...
