		<description><![CDATA[I bet it&#039;s a $5, $10, or $15 add on like the unlimited texting option. They&#039;re probably trying to gauge where the sweet-spot is on the pricing though.  Not everyone will use it even if it&#039;s free, so the people who want it will probably have to pay for it... but if it&#039;s cheap enough even more people will buy it just to use once in a while... Realistically speaking I bet it could even go up to $20/month.]]></description>
