		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m fairly sure there&#039;s a Cydia app which allows you to use an iPhone as a webserver. Haven&#039;t used it myself, but seen it done (which makes &quot;Use as Web server?&quot; yes for both.) If you&#039;re going to use the subsidized price for the iPhone, it seems only fair to include the price of the required AT&amp;T contract, as you can&#039;t get one without paying for the contract.  ]]></description>
