As with most companies, they have to have a legitimate history of good service and good products before I buy.

So, for the meantime, I’ll stick with Apple. Yes, it’s more expensive, but their customer service is impeccable. There are situations I’ve had with my iMac that, if any other company had made it, would put me off of them forever. With the Protection Plan, it helps me breathe easier.
