About Last Gadget Standing

We welcome any and all hot products slated to appear at CES. Our experts screen them. They'll continue to narrow the list until we get to a Top 25 and then a Top 10. We'll also conduct a online vote among the Top 25 to determine a "people's winner." The Top 10 will appear at a CES supersession where a live voting audience will determine which deserves to be the Last Gadget Standing.

Peter Rojas is the co-founder of gdgt.com, a gadget and consumer electronics site launched in mid-2009. He is also the creator of several of the most popular and influential blogs about personal technology on the Internet, including Engadget, Gizmodo, Joystiq, hackaday, and Engadget Mobile.

Joanna Stern is n editor at Engadget-—one of the top technology sites on the Internet—where she reviews the hottest devices. Before joining Engadget, she was the News Editor at LAPTOP Magazine. her work has also appeared in The New York Times, The Huffington Post, and Gizmodo. She also talk about technology on camera, and frequently appear on national news outlets, including ABC News and MSNBC.

Steve Wildstrom wrote BusinessWeek's Technology & You column from its creation in 1994 until BusinessWeek's acquisition by Bloomberg in December, 2009. The goal of the column was to help readers understand and use personal technology to enhance their jobs and their lives. Since leaving BusinessWeek, Steve has been blogging and consulting in the personal technology and IT industries.
