Karl Rove (Republican strategist, George W. Bush confidante)

You know, it’s possible to despise what @karlrove did to American politics while simultaneously harboring a grudging respect for his tweeting. He’s personable and polite (“Thank you for following!”), and appears to be one of the few notable personalities who knows how to use #tags. It’s indisputably a better showing than that of @jamescarville, who has a Twitter account but has yet to tweet.
