Google is killing some more products that never caught on, including Buzz, its 2010 stab at competing with Twitter. Buzz is famous mostly for the immediate controversy over its privacy practices; for a service built right into Gmail, it gained amazingly little traction. And now Google+ does everything it does, only better. So it’s no shock to see it go, and I wonder just how many people there are on the planet who will mourn its demise.

I'll miss Google Code Search, which was a search targeted to open source code that had a limited but useful understanding of the languages used. There's little argument for ending it, especially as it fits with search in general (unlike Buzz).

Buzz still exists?

I have found that only a few people I follow are still active on Buzz, which is great, because while checking my Gmail, I can easily click the Buzz tab and get the important Tech headlines.
I will have to organize my Circles, so I can select just a Tech circle.

Well, it makes sense, Google Buzz has out lived its use. I stop using it ever since it started to post my content by itself!
Soo, good bye and good riddance Buzz http://www.vectorash.ro/google-buzz-is-being-shut…
