Engadget has heard scuttlebutt that Verizon Wireless will announce on July 29th that it’s moving to tiered pricing plans for wireless data, akin to the “buckets” that AT&T introduced last month. Seems inevitable that it’ll happen sooner or later (and probably sooner), right?

These prices are similar to Belgian prices, so they are WAY TOO HIGH!!!
I don't mind buckets, but 200MB for 15$? Come on… Here in Belgium a new operator showed up though, offering a pre-paid plan giving you 1000 texts and 1GB for free whenever you reload for €15. So 15€ = 1000 texts, 1GB and calling/extra texting until you reach that 15€. Now THAT is a plan I can work with 🙂
