I still don’t get why I can’t sync e-mail addresses and phone numbers from Facebook onto my iPhone, like I can do with an Android device. Do I blame Apple, Facebook, both, or nobody?
The iPhone STILL can't do this? This was a banner feature of WebOS almost 2 years ago. Palm doesn't get any support from Facebook, e.g. the Facebook app for WebOS is written by Palm itself. In that respect, you can blame Apple; they could implement this feature if they wanted to.
I know a lot of people who don't even use Facebook contact sync, because they don't want their address book clogged up. Android is better, in this regard. For what it's worth, I find the lack of turn-by-turn GPS to be a much larger hole in the iPhone's feature-set.

It certainly ranks high on the "annoying things about the iPhone that nobody complains about" list…
