Here’s a prototype of Apple’s famously disappointing original portable Mac, looking much like the final machine except for the fact that there’s a numeric keypad where the Mac Portable ended up sprting a large trackball. There are such things as computers that are cooler as patent drawings than in real life, and this would be one of them.
